Got the yoga mat out in the living room because my housemate isn't around. Starting with chins, ring pulls and presses (leaning, toes on the ground or on 'box') and some bodyweight from Maxwell and Sonnon.

1x 12k-25 swings L/ 25 swings R
2x 12k-8 cleans
1x 24k-4 jerks L/R
2x16k-8 front squats

Spinal rolls with alternating leg positions so as to sit up into lunge forward action.

More presses, squats, chins, ring pulls/presses/dips and flowfit rounds. Later on.
