I like his view of the swing. I don't practice it that way but some of the technique has become useful. I use his power generation technique but start supinating my hand until the handle is at the height I want facing a 10:25 kind of angle...sometimes to 90 or 12:30 if I am doing a particular high pull I like. I use a cheaters pressing snatch motion often twisting up to victory position, this is usually with light weight to get a certain feel in the shoulders and ankles of twisting the bell into position.
