Little to say, simply training.

     At present, I enjoy one daily session of heavy club swinging and sometimes kettlebell lifting.  As of late, most of these sessions have been pretty short because I haven't been able to get compensatory rest and calories.  That is going to change or rather has changed, as have my training goals.  Kenpo and Hsing Yi Chuan form is now the majority of my focus with sets of chins, push-up, presses, squats, swings and all the rest thrown in between sets of forms.  Once a week I meet up with my teacher and go through everything and play hands for some time.  Kung fu is good because it makes the body have to relax and stay properly strong.  I'll have to post as this gets interesting again.
