This will begin my repostings of the development of Low Earth Orbit Energy Weapon Warfare. When I was a boy I was more fascinated with super soldiers ala Marshall Law the comic book series or the X series' from Marvel. I have been keeping my eye on this since Scientific American ran detailed theory based articles in the early eighties....mid eighties, when my dad received them, Reagan I believe was still in office.
