     1 in 4 at present in my encounters in Eugene have even heard about Iraq and ISIS....pssh, ISIS....seriously people!  This group ISIS, they are simply the Free Syrian Army, and various mercenary jihadis, religious soldiers that are overseen by a variety of organizations.  Most of this goes back to the Emirates, Gulf Aristocratic states and the political cover diplomatically of the Muslim Brotherhood.  The Muslim Brotherhood is an organization that is behind any pro-Islamic cause only a step or two, and this is so even in Shiite cases but not always.  When researching their tenets and statements on social policy and such, the West's ignorance of their propaganda and the outcomes the Brotherhood work toward is troubling.  Fundamentally, there is an issue of individual rights and various inalienable rights as understood in the post-Enlightenment West that aren't supported by the epistemology of Sharia, that epistemology is inscribed in the Holy Koran.  I can know about other people and appreciate they wish to live differently and that's the whole point.  Our governing powers have been using the Muslim Brotherhood and have been used by the Muslim Brotherhood to keep the oil flowing, this also then ties to the various deep state societies of Egypt and Turkey.  Once those had less power the Brotherhood stepped in and the hijab is becoming a universal sight across the expanse of the Umma.

    Did you know we lost Afghanistan and Iraq, that we are desperately hoping Pakistan will stay together because the Taliban are taking that over too?  The other shoe is going to drop and it has to be mathematics, the money, resource allocation, this is impossible it's just chugging along, the glut has to stopple the flows of commerce at some point.  My friend corrected me, "might go off, no when the lights turn off buddy!"....we laughed, head shaking, somewhat bitter laughter.  BOHICA!
