Black on Asian crime spree in Philadelphia -- AGAIN

Growing up in San Francisco, Black people made schools with heavy Chinese populations a racial war zone. It caused the Chinese to form extraordinarily well organized gangs. Once Hong Kong went back to the commies, the gangs vanished, it was top down the rumor mill said.  All violence was down but now it's back, and Blacks have no idea what they might be fucking with.  This is a different day and age , and East Asians have dealt with a lot of horrors and tragedy, they will skin the Blacks alive....literally.
